Scott D. Butcher, FSMPS, CPSM is an author and photographer, historian and presenter, and professional marketer. He is the author of eleven books, ranging from local history and architecture to photographic legacy books. Over 1,400 of Scott’s photographs have appeared in print, including books, community guides, magazines, and more. Scott’s books include Delaware Reflections; Gettysburg Perspectives; Tombstone: Relive the Gunfight at the OK Corral; York: America’s Historic Crossroads; York (Postcard History Series); York’s Historic Architecture; Spooky York, Pennsylvania; Civil War Walking Tour of York, PA; Marketing in the Building Industry, Lancaster County Reflections, Tucson Perspectives, and the forthcoming releases Architecture of South Central Pennsylvania and Harrisburg Reflections. He is a Certified Professional Services Marketer through the Society for Marketing Professional Services and a past recipient of the Central Penn Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 award as well as the Leadership York Outstanding Alumnus award. He is also a Fellow of SMPS and serves on the Board of Trustees for the SMPS Foundation. Scott also serves as Vice President of JDB Engineering, Inc.
